1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LessonFlo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

LessonFlo is an interval timer application designed for educators to manage classroom time effectively. The App provides features including but not limited to:

  • Lesson planning and timing tools
  • Visual timer displays
  • Calendar integration
  • Lesson templates and customization options

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LessonFlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate LessonFlo, a LessonFlo employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LessonFlo and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of LessonFlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Free Tier

LessonFlo offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required for the free tier.

7.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription is offered at $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Features included in the Pro subscription are detailed on our pricing page.

7.3 Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings

7.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

8. Disclaimers

The information on LessonFlo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this App:

  • Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this App and its contents
  • Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this App

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LessonFlo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law
